Rear reflector replacement?

i dont even know what to call it, but i have seen eclipses with the middle part of the rear reflector in between the 2 rear lights replaced with a piece that is the color of their car...i was wondering if anyone knew where to get that piece? or what to even call it? because i couldn't look it up under the forums...please help thanks

Do you mean the center taillight? If so. most paint it.
