was up guys..,

well i was thinking of getting some calipar paint kits. i done some research on them and found that the local part stores have spray on paints, but the problem with them is that if you get brake fluid on them, they will run (smeer, drip down).

i saw these kits on a few sites, selling for aound $40 & $50 bucks. but i found a seller on ebay that is selling it a few buck less (not much less).

here are the links to them..

[email protected]

thanks for looking and all the help(s)

I have used the G2 kit. I have few pictures of my car and none of the calipers but I'll tell you what I think.
As far as the G2 kit went it was excellent. You can probably go purchase high temp paint and do it for much cheaper but this was one of the first things I did when I bought the car and didn't have a lot of money for real performance mods and I wanted something that I knew would work.
Almost 10 months later the calipers look good. No chipping, fading, running or anything. Anytime I clean the rims and calipers they look just like they did when they first dried. I did mine blue because I like the color but G2 offers like 8 different choices I think.

If you you want to paint the calipers and don't mind spending the 40 bucks or so (I got my kit from tirerack.com) go for it.

i used the g2 caliper paint too...great product but the only thing is...u have a limited amount of time to paint your calipers. i belive that once u open up the paint can, it dries in about 2-3 hours so you gotta work fast. here's some pix of mine on my gsx...
