Okay, I'm looking for some fog lights that aren't yellow, or tinted blue or anything. Just some small, bright foglights, so I can take out the original big square ones (Trying to make some sort of cold air intake ducting, and one of them is broken anyway, so I don't use them).

I'm not sure of the differences between the kinds out now (HID, etc), but I'm basically looking for I guess it would be just regular incandescent light. I don't want to attract undue attention to myself, and foglights that are different colored than the headlights would be funny looking to me.

Anybody know the options out there? Or a website where I could look. I've looked at places like autozone and wallyworld, but they just have the bright blue or yellow ones, with remote controls, and all sortsa extra stuff I don't want. And they don't even have the replacement stock ones either.

So, can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks

-Jesse

the yellow coloured fog lights are "true" fog lights.. yellow is the only colour the seeps through fog. The blueish tinted ones.. aren't really blue, but omit a bright white colour similar to HID (High Intensity Discharge). Now HID lights are the ones you see on BMW, Jags, Porches, high end acuras. You know that white light.. really bright?.. those are expensive, the blueish tinted ones are just replicas that simulate that light but not actually put out the same brightness. Here are some sights that have fog lights =]

http://www.piaa.com/fog_lamps.html - piaa's are supposedly are suppost to be the best lights out there. There the ones you see on rally cars =]

http://www.midnightmoose.com/hid.htm - that site has a HID conversion kit.. if you want the same output as those high end cars.

http://www.summitracing.com - look through their online catalog

I hope that helps you out.

Hmm.. Well, thanks for the links. But I was really more looking for much more low-end stuff. Like, not HID or HID imitation, no super-white, or blue or yellow. I'm just looking for a pair of replacement fog/driving lights for the ones that are there that'll be smaller than the ones that are there now.

Thanks though :)

I went to walmart and bought $19.99 driving lights and also bought 100w bulbs and they were really bright, but they have a tendencie to burn out faster. Of course they were in my 4x4 so they might have been jarred a little excesivley!! My tottal cost was around $25-$30 bucks!!
