1g sunroof lid

I did a search and everyone else seems to have a prob w/ their 2G sunroofs. I'm having a prob w/ the latch on the 1g's sunroof. It snaps in but the handle hangs down a little and doesn't completely seal the lid. So ya know unless I hold the handle all the way in, you can hear wind at high speeds...water dripping down if it was raining the night before, etc.


Any 1g owners w/ a similar problem?

On my 92 there are 3 screws and i just loosen the thing the handle is attached to, move it until the handle is flat, then tighten screws down to hold base in place. .....Maybe a pic would help ya>>> U gotta work with it a little to get it just right
