Any idea why it's not getting Fuel?

possibly the fuel pump or the ecu when i got the
car it had no ecu and no mpi relay which
is the fuel pump relay, so I've replaced both of those
and still no start I might try another 90' ecu.

Sorry for the late response but no it's not for sale. I got it running it was the fuel pump it fired right up after about 6 years of sitting and it needs a water pump now I'm about to start parting the 1gb on my avatar though if you need anything let me know.
