Oregon car being sold in Washington, not sure about emissions

Ok, I live in Salem Oregon where I do not have to worrie about emissions. The guy who wants to buy my car live in Vancover Washington. Apparently the bank will not give him the loan on the car untill it passes emissions. Can someone tell me what they do during an emission test. Also I have a MAFT, can I tune the car down so that it will pass? Will the shops let me play with the tuner untill it passes? Or is there a DSM friendly smog tester in the Vancover Washinton area that can help me. If so please PM me.

Can someone at least give me the numbers I should be seeing on my logger to potentialy pass emissions? (ie O2 reading, trims and so on)
