Fuel System for 5psi

Im going to be running 5psi non-intercooled. What Ratio should the Vortech FMU be and what kinda fuel pump is good?

i am gonna warn you now, DO NOT buy anything from overboost.com. i brought an injen cold air extension from them and i didnt get it for two months even tho i was supposed to get it a week after i ordered it. they take way too long to deliver stuff and their customer service isnt the greatest either
