well, it wasn't all that bad, I had a wrecked 90 Laser RS-T and a 93 Eclipse GS with a 1.8L, we pulled the window, dash and the entire wiring harness, the worst part was getting the harness in and out, after that I just slapped it all together and troubleshot till I got it running right. The only real problem I'm having is this whistling sound, I can't find where the hell its coming from. might be the turbo?

it's most likely a boost leak of some sort. i'd double check all your clamps and piping.

I checked the clamps, replaced the BOV assembly, IC, wastegate actuator, intake hose, MAF, Air filter. Last step is the lines, then I'll pull the turbo (again) to see if thats it.
