stock gst turbo kit installed on a 420a? possible?

hey i got a friend who is selling his old gst turbo kit for 300 bucks
he is getting a bigger kit. i have a 99 eclipse rs and was wondering if at all possible, if i were to buy the kit would i be able to install it on my car or would it be too much of a hassle or would it not fit or what...

any help is greatly appreciated

Possible, but too much of a hassle.Dont bother unless you got a lot of money and time. 300? Sure he just isnt talking about just the turbo?

what would the difference be between buying his whole kit and buying say the hahn or star kit?

His kit bolts up to a different engine, the 4g63t, and here you are, with a 420a. They wont bolt up to your engine.

Do some searching and you can read up about it, plenty of threads on the subject.

gst turbo is too small T-25, if you want turbo get a kit. Even if you bought the turbo you still need fuel pump,S-fmu,oil lines,fuel lines,FCD,an accuator set at 6-7psi,manifold,pipping,hoses,clamps,BOV,and a downpipe made. after all that it would coast the same as a Turbo kit just save your money and GET A KIT. www.gottude.com talk to BILL.

This subject has been subjected to much pain. I feel bad for the countless times people are shot down from their 4G63 dreams. This is about the 15th post in the past 2 months asking the same question. It's been beaten to death.

possible, but not your best bet unless you have too much free time and money on your hands. first i'd find out what he has in his "turbo kit"
