Clutches

Chrysler and several other companies (Clutch Masters, etc) sell a conversion kit for the modular. It makes it a standard clutch design. I've seen the Neons with it (Not sure how similar the clutches are, but probably very simliar) and they sell the kits at Hahn Racecraft.

haha there's no reviews there for an N/T clutch! Guess N/T people enver replace clutches:rolleyes:

I'd heard of the conversion kits and I know Unorthodox sells one (though I've been warned by MANY people to stay away from Unorthodox parts).

well,i appologise for being such an idiot and not knowing all the shit about 420A's,i'm a 4g63 guy, they work good on our cars i figured they would on yours aswell, i was'nt aware they did'nt have a 95-99NT application. although i coulda swore i saw them one time.. thats the only reason for my first post...

No ACT clutches for our cars. Stay away from centerforce they are crap. I would go with clutch masters you can get the mod or non mod design they have either. If you get the non mod then get a neon or lightened flywheel for it. The non mod is more expensive though, but when it goes out someday you only have to replace the disk. Depending on what power level you want I would reccomend stage 3 or 4. Or you can buy from got tude, they have a 3 or 6 month warrenty on theirs. http://gottude.com/auto/

I was thinking about converting to a lighter flywheel since it's more expensive the first time but in the long run it saves lots of money. I'll take a look into that since then if I could get a lightened flywheel I'd really have a quick accelerating car hahaha!
