420-a not starting

ok here is the problem.
my friend has a 97 rs that used to run like a new car( i mean perfect)

We decide to turbo it, but before that we wanted to get the head rebuilt beacuse ithad bad valve seals. So we get the head back from the machine shop,put it back, torq it, set the timing on the car, crank it up and it wonk start.

The crank and camshaft pos sensors have both been replaced, same as the ECU.

Theres no spark, there gas but no spark. Its all i need, and ive tried everything i can but cant get the damn spark

Have you guys changed camshafts? Check the magnet on the camshaft.

Check that you didn't accidentally swap the VSS and coilpack plugs.

the camshaft are the sameas before.
LOCKE maybe is right, i will double check on that. it is a possibility. thanx

nope not inverted! so what else can it be?
