cant get the rpms down.

boosted my 420a and cant get the rpms down. got all the holes blocked off so no air is getting in the intake. the rpms are getting around 3000-3500. got a safc on piggyback. got a t25 w/1gen bov. only way to get the rpms down is to slice a small hole in the ic pipping. whats up

Your running a breather off of the pcv valve right (or oil catch can). Also have you followed the guide in the tech articles about setting up your SAFC?

Do you mean it idles high or when you let off the gas it doesn't go down?
