i have a 93 eclipse GS and was wondering if it still has enough life in it to turbo it?...or should i just save my money an go balls out with a gsx or a gst

i dont think its a good idea....even if the car is in good condition right now, it wont last much longer. If i were u i would try to sell it and go for a gst/x or an nt with less miles, but its ur choice thats just my opinion

yea...i guess im gonna save some money an then sell the n/t an buy a gsx or gst .........probably gst cuz of the loss of power through AWD in the gsx....well...once i get a turbo'd DSM...THEN this site will really start to help me...

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahaahahhaha

mitsubishi engines can last for a while, go ahead and turbo it, #### it push the engine to the limits, when it breaks something, take it apart, fix it , the go rev the shit out of it once again- why sit there with a dog engine when u can have fun with a fast engine....nothing lasts forever. Ive seen engines at 70k throw connecting rods, shooting pistons into the oil pan, etc.

Might as well just rebuild the engine then throw a turbo on it for about the same price you can get a GST for or a little less? :shhh: , may sound a little crazy but if your car has any kind of sentimental value to it like mine does  it'll be worth it. Pluse you won't get $hit out of it with high miles. :barf:

HA HA.....i didnt mean it like that...AWD are definitely faster than gst's...but i've just heard that you get less WHP from an AWD than a GST with the same mods...
