Is it a good idea to turbo a n/t4G63?

I have a 1992 Eclipse with a 2.0n/t with 120.000 on it. Ijust put a new 5spd tranny in it and brand new clutch and have a K&N cold air intake, headers, 2.5in greedy catback. My car is slow i hate haveing a slow car. Now i want to turbo it, now i know the compesion is alot higher in the n/t than the turbo, so i think if i get the 14g turbo and exaust mainfold and down pipe and intercooler and pipes that it will work good if i keep the boost low with a boost controler, like under 5psi. 4G63 n/t puts out 130hp with 5psi it should be around 180hp. tell me what you guys think about this.
