why would you need a new intake manifold if you're going to turbo your car?

just go to www.hahnracecraft.com and get their kit.

cuz its an RS....im gettin my friend's stock t25 off of a '98 GST the guys told me id need a different intake manifold and some custom piping...

they are retards.. you will need-

-custom EXHAUST manifold to fit the mitsu turbine flange
-custom downpipe
-custom made intercooler pipes
-oil feed and return lines
-fuel management system
-missing link or electric FCD
-boost controller
-boost guage
-higher octane gas

AND, most importantly
- A GENERAL KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT IT ENTAILS TO BUILD A CUSTOM TURBO KIT

- for the amount of knowledge, money and EXTRA work its gonna take to get the MINIMAL gains from that tiny turbo its not worth it..

save yourself and us a headache and save the money to buy a kit. being that your asking all these questions, we can tell you dont know the first thing about doing something of this magnitude. you will be better off in the end. trust me.

i was gonna do the same thing, but after number crunching it was only gonna cost like $250 less and i would have an incredibly small turbo.
