Gas smell when turbo spools up

hey guys, I just got my new engine in my car this past sunday. Its a '92 Eclipse GSX engine. It runs great and everything but everytime my turbo spools up I get a wiff of gas slightly. Its not over whelming or anything....but I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem and what they did to fix it.

have you even checked for fuel leaks?

did you put a check valve in the vacume line that runs to the purge valve.
