Fuel Pressure Regulators

I was thinking about that one.

Also i have one last question for anyone that uses the sfmu, does yours hold pressure after you shut the car off. Mine bleeds off the pressure very quickly even if it is under the idle fuel presure amount. if i clamp the fuel line before the regulator the pressure holds so i know it is the regulator lossing the pressure.

Well you should have taken the Shrader valve outta the test port on the fuel rail where the line connects to the rail to the SFMU. All the pressure should bleed off quickly even if it was at idle before you shut the car off. This is normal. The SFMU is the one you want NOT the FMU.

Thanks for the input but of course i took the shrader valve out. I said i clamped it before the regulator not before the rail. I did find out my problem though it was my fuel filter. Some ass put it on backwards. My car is running excellent now.
