Ok, im looking to turbo my car (95 Eclipse GS N/T) soon, i was wondering if putting a stock GST engine in would work. I was thinking about putting a 1G Turbo in but i have heard that it would be a lot of work and money. Anyways, is the stock GST engine a direct bolt on to the N/T? :dsm:

okay i'm going to break this down real quick like.

1. your car has a 420a, not a 4g63. before starting a complicated project like this you should at least learn what engine you have.

2. if you did have a 4g63 then there's a full writeup on how to do this done by me in the tech articles section that you obviously didn't read through them.

3. if you had known what motor you had you could have also done a search for the 1 million threads about turbo'ing your 420a.

4. you could have also done a search on putting a turbo motor into a 2g nt even if you didn't know what motor you had and withink 3 minutes you would've found out that money wise its one of the most retarded things a person can do.

learn from those four points and move on. this thread is locked.
