Stock, you will probably be slightly slower due to the heavier weight
and smaller SOHC head/intake manny of the 4G64 engine. Modified with a turbo DOHC headswap , intake, and exhaust, you will be loving the extra torque of the 2.4L and smoke a 420a. Turbo'd even better since the larger displacement will spool a big turbo much quicker than a 2L engine.
So, bottom line is how much are ya looking to work to make it fast.
If not much, go with the 420a...
