I was wondering if i could do a first gen engine swap in a second gen gs turbo conversion..if so what would i need to change and how much do u think it would cost...thanks

No. It would cost too much because the motors and supporting moutns and pieces are different. If you look below someone just asked this.:p

hey do a search...it would be pointless to attempt. the mounts are different....it would cost over 4000 bux to do this swap...

one more thing, why do you want to swap engines, seems like your 420a is pretty well-equipped with a bullet proof bottom end, pretty big turbo, and some nice supporting mods, or did someone lie in their profile just so everyone thinks their car is fast

Yeah that makes no sence, why would you want to downgrade from forged internals to stock 4g63 internals? Also when did JE start making rods? As for the swap don't even ask, instead just search and read the other 500 threads about this topic so we don't have to tell you again why it is a bad idea.
