How much HP is posible to get from AFC on NT 1G eclipse with headers, cat back with high flow cat and cold air intake???
Is it woth puting one on NT car???

Well, I would guess you could squeeze out about 5-12hp with one by adjusting your A/F ratio. I'm planning on buying a fuel Mod that does the same thing (supposedly) as an AFC. With the S-AFC you can ajust a lot of stuff with Fuel mappings and such which is nice. You can check out my thread on the Fuel Mod HERE . I'll be doing lots of before and after tuning on my Pocket logger to show graphic results of this mod when I get it soon.

So does anybody here knows for sure if it is gona be any HP gains with AFC on NT DSM??????

the trick is finding out how badly your car is running right now from perfect. and then figuring out if adjusting how much fuel your car gets will get it any closer to perfect. my guess is that w/o dyno time, a datalogger or more mods you're not going to notice much of anything other than a weight loss in your wallet.

think of it this way. most people buy an s-afc because they've replaced a bunch of the stock parts with bigger items that totally confuse the stock ecu as to how much fuel its actually putting in the engine. in order to straighten the ecu back out they pick up an s-afc to lie to the ecu about how much air is going into the engine. this in turn causes the ecu to add the correct amount of fuel. the other reason people buy one is to lean out the air fuel mixture to get a better burn, the thing is that with what few mods you've done i don't think there will be much to gain since your car is probably reasonably close to the best ratio as it is. try it if you'd like but its your two hundred plus dollars you'll be spending.

unless youre heavily modded or having fuel problems youre better off spending the 200-300 $ on something else to get bigger gains

i recently put a star stage 2 on my 420a, I havn't noticed any problems yet but i've only put like 200 miles on it since, do you think an s afc would be a good idea for that.

im not familiar with the stage upgrade kits, but if youve upgraded anything fuel wise, pump or injectors. you should get a SAFC to get maximum performance out of your mods

Do you need a SAFC to turn up the boost on a factory 14B or can the ECU handle it on its own without any problems?
