Heads and Cam

What are the best heads for our 4g63 engines? What cams are they best? I know most use the turbo cams but I would think something has to be better then those to get optimal gains.

I did do a search by the way...seems most things are related to turbos.

What kind of gains should one expect from the head/cam change and what kind of man hours to do it.

Thoughts or suggestions? 2600 for a head seems damn $$$ but if it gets the job done.

I have been doing more reading and looks like HKS has the cams to beat for our cars...so what grind is the best? Its a daily driver, or one of anyways and it needs to be reliable but I want it to be faily aggressive too. Like to keep the gas mileage up but want the most out of it at the same time. I don't know what the numbers all stand for or what kind of idle and things they will give me so I really need more of an explaniation and an idea of where I should go for the cams.
