ok well now i got a new damn problem. i put in this little piece of shit "chip" in called a g-box (i figured, what the hell it's 38 bucks, why not just try it out). well shame shame shame on me. i'm f'n retarded. anyways i installed this little bastard. it requires you to find the IAT sensor, snip the wires and splice the chip in before the plug. well 1, i'm retarded enough to put this thing in in the first place,(shame shame shame) and 2 my friend and i were bullshittin' while i was doing this so no only was i putting something stupid on my car, i was doing it wrong. i crossed the damn wires, red to black, black to red. yes i'm a dumbass, feel free to let me know again, because i'm sure there's alot of names i forgot to call myself. obviously i took the stupid hunk of shit out and twisted the right wires back together again. but now my check engine light is on. of course. my car idles like shit and it's mildy sluggish when i step on the gas. i know that those wires send about 4.7volts to the ecu. and i know that the computer's real pissy about that singnal thats being sent. i'm thinking the twisting of the wires together had just enough effect on the current to throw those volts off by a tiny bit and now the computer is having a hissy fit. correct me if i'm wrong, and even more importantly give me some possiblities as to what could be wrong. TIA

ok i just checked the CEL codes on 2gnt.com. from my keydance i got 12-24-55. 12=normal 24=Throttle position sensor voltage low/Throttle position sensor voltage high 55=no more error codes. please help.
