I finally got the funds to go MS.so Im trying to figure out what the best injector size would be for my goals.Im using a .50ar/.57trim turbo, bottom end is completely stock for now(still searching for a good bottom end).head, turbo and intake was P and polished.2 3/4 downpipe,3 in magna F cat,3 in pipe all the way back.Car is a daily driver and I like to tune it under 300 until I get my built bottom end.So im not sure what injectors I should buy.also will I need to buy a 1:1 afr?

well will you ever get a bigger turbo? i dont think your turbo would make much more over 300hp with out pushing the limits on it. you can get bigger injectors then what you need and dial them in with ms of course. it just depends on your end goal on hp you can go like 450-850's. if you stick with that turbo i would say 450-650's.

I was thinking about the 550's.I was gonna get a new turbo when this one went bad but its still working fine after 2 years with normal shaft play.I know it will go to 15 psi but I like to stay around 11 to 12 with a good tune

Is this six bolt or 420a on your car grab some 850s.

Not to be an ass or anything but can you PLEASE use proper grammar when you reply to peoples threads. 95% of the time I have no freaking clue WTF your talking about.

Injector size is pretty easy to pick considering the power goals with the car. 550s on pump gas/race gas will make 300whp. The boost pressure itself is irrelevant. The amount of air your flowing and the fuel demands for the size of the turbo is what you need to focus on. Evo injectors are very cheap and easy to get your hands on.

^ Yes, 4g63 injectors will fit the fuel rail. However, you would need a resistor pack since they are low impedance. You'd be better off using 420a compatible, high impedance injectors.

If you are going MS, put in something around 880's. The MS will be able to adjust the injectors and you will have nice reasonable duty cycle numbers. If you go 550's, you will be running much higher duty cycle numbers and they will leave you no room for growth.

Personally i would go with 1000's... They are easy to tune & give you some room to play with in case you decide to go with a bigger setup in the future.

1000's are pushing idle clarity just a bit on MS. But doable

BUT I ran the ID1000's and they were great. BUT they aren't your "normal" 1000's.
