I've had this problem for a while and seen many posts regarding the same thing with no avail, so thought I would ask.

I've got a SAFC in the car and with the peddle to the floor, I only get around 88% according to the SAFC. I had it reading 100% once, but I don't know what happened, how I did it, or why it doesn't work like that now. Again, it's been years with no luck.

-Cable adjustment is tight. Very little slack when all the way warm. With pedal to ground, butterfly is open all the way. (Checked and redone this numerous times)
-I took out my cruise control like 2 years ago because that was causing an issue with the butterfly not opening all the way. Now no CC, and TB opens all the way.
-This is TPS number 3 since I bought the car. Current one is about a year old. Did the same thing right out of the box. I literally bought it and installed it on the TB in the same 10 minutes. I checked it with the Ohm meter or whatever you call it when I turboed this summer and it checked out perfect.
-All wires/connections are good.

Also at idle, sometimes it fluctuates from 0% to 2 or 3%. However, the motor isn't revving or anything, so I know it's not the cable pulling.

Any ideas on what's going on. Haven't looked at the datalogger, but IIRC, the throttle position there was always off too, but I've heard other people have the same problems on the 420a.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Turn the car off and reset the safc. Turn the key to the 'ON' position and floor the throttle until you see your percentages slowly rise to 100% (autocorrecting itself). If you have the neo, there is a sensor calibration menu where you set up the value's when the pedal at 0% and 100%

The only time you should have to change your tps is when it's out of ohms...

Cool will do.
And both time the TPS was replaced the ohms reading were bad.
