well today after coming back from lunch my car made a squeaky noise like a belt but all the belts are tight and i sounds like its coming form the motor from top its like the 4th cylinders valves area and under the car its like same cylinder but like a ticking sort of any idies

420a doesn't have that problem I don't think. Make sure your belts aren't too tight it could also cause a noise.

Just to clarify which cylinder do you consider to be the #4. Passenger side or driver's side? I know there is a specific sequence, but some people still view them differently.

Sorry, but your explanation made no sense to me. So is this a squeak similar to a loose belt or a ticking sound? like lifter tick?

My woman had a similar problem with her 420a neon, ou would hear a weird squeek and sometimes a clucking noise, especially when shutting the car down. It turned out the front motor mount (on the bottom) was broken in 3 places and the metal was rubbing and making the noises...Might be something to check.
