[RESOLVED] how much boost can you run on a stock fuel setup

my buddy saw what i did with my 420a now he is going turbo . do i cannot answer this question how much boost can you run on a stock fuel setup. and what are the affects (damage) if you do so ?

The stock fuel set up will not do much i cannot say for sure how much but he's not gona get very far whit it he will need fuel injectors and a pump at least but that motor can only handle about 6 to 7 psi max.

i was thinking the same a stock motor would hold 5 to 8 psi yet would fuel be a problem ,and how far could he go (+psi) untill fuel is needed.

the reason fuel is the main topic here is because his mecanic told him that he could run 10psi if he did the bottom end . And that he wouldnt have to worry about fuel till after that .
he was also told that the stock regulator 95 model 420a could be ajusted to make more preasure . rather than doing the whole fuel pump,injectors and fmu. I told him that this was not true yet i already had it done when i started running boost so i cant give him a honest answer?

The factory bottom end of the 420a can hold 14psi with enough fuel and decent tune.

You shouldn't boost at all with the factory fuel system. 0psi.
