Hey man, the easiest thing to do would probably just go to a junk yard and snag one of a wreck. I actually have a 1995 n/t parts car that has the whole assembly on it. If you need it that bad, we could work something out, but you should be able to find one locally.

Junk yards are good place to get things like that. Most of the time, for things so small, they won't even charge you.

If you're desperate, you can always go to the dealer. I can't find the part number easily on CAPS, but it shouldn't be too hard for them to find what you're looking for.

At least the dealerships over here don't. I made the mistake of tightening my PS tensioner bolt, a while back, w/o actually loosening the pulley and the head snapped off. The dealer told me they only sell the whole assembly again which was 90 dollars...

I decided to find a long bolt, that would give me plenty of room for tensioning the belt. I simply Jb welded a nut onto the bolt in order to resemble the old tensioner bolt.

jb welded a nut to the bolt because when your adding tension you obviously need something to push up against the bracket to keep the tension, and you dont want that nut to be able to move freely. It's sort of hard to explain so here is a weak diagram:

If your dealer can sell the bolt w/o buying the whole system they go for it! I did this because they would not only sell the bolt for more, and no luck at the junkyard. It has been working real well for the past 3 years though...

The dealer will sell you one, you can rethread a bolt to make it work. Liek Paul pointed out, it has a collar which you can duplicate with a nut and a grinder. You will nee to take a punch and peen the threads in front and rear of the nut so it wont spin. Then of course grind the nut down so it will be small enough to fit in the boss.

Junkyards are great. I also have a spare
