Anyone Done Fuel Pumps Before?

HEY GUYS IMA BOUT TO REPLACE MY FUEL PUMP. I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR SOME EXPERIENCE, ADVICE, DONTS, DO'S AND SHORTKUTS. ANYTHING WILL HELP. GET AT ME ASAP PLEASE!!!!

Have the right tools (vise grips, wrenches, screw drivers, rags, etc), print out the vfaq from http://www.vfaq.com and have lots of patience. And as MuttedTSiAWD said, please turn off your CAPS LOCK, and please don't post the same question in multiple forums.

WELL THATS NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKIN FOR. BUT ANYTHING WILL DO. AND WHAT DOES IT MATTER IF THE CAPS ARE ON OR OFF? I DIDN'T ASK IF YOU LIKED THEM. I ASKED A QUESTION ABOUT A CAR, BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU GUYS COULD HELP, NOT CRITUIQUE MY TYPING.

I put a Walbro pump in my car. Not the same as yours but similar. In my case I had to drop the tank in your case you won't have to. One thing I can advise you is be patient when breaking lose the fuel lines and use a flare wrench and you will be fine.

Having your caps lock on will not get you better answers...in fact it will make people not answer you. The writing is harder on the eyes and more than a little agrivating to see. It just isn't nice to ask somebody for help then slap them in the face by posting again in caps lock...keep it up and I wouldn't be supprised if you never get an answer.

actually - i just consider caps to be someone yelling - and i don't much appreciate anyone yelling @ me or yelling period - an i don't think anyone else appreciates it either - good luck getting your questions answered like that

You will find more than enough info about any question you might have about a 2g NT eclipse. I have replaced my fuel pump when I got my turbo kit, it is not bad, I had to cut the metal around the pump so I could get the pump out, but I dynamatted over it after I replaced it so it did not matter. Check the site I know of a couple guys with 95's that have done it and they can help.

By the way, if you do post on the forum, PLEASE take the caps lock off.
