95 Second fuel ignition solenoid?

theres a hose on my air box which leads down to the catback if i take it to a dealer near me (miami fl) will they remove it for free or will i get charged to get it removed if im correct it was recalled for this reason

if it is a recall, than mitsubishi ( the company not the dealer) has to replace it. I'm not sure if it is a recall or not, I don't even know what year your car is or model for that matter, but for a recall they should fix it. just go to the nearest dealer and ask about it.
