My and my buddy are in the process of project GS! He has a NT JDM cyclone motor on order, the car from the seats back is gutted. we want to put a 75 shot ZEX kit on the car, we would like to know some ball park figures of what we might run? with slicks and street tires. I own a 2g TSI so im not to familar with the n2o on the NT cars. would a 75 shot of zex be ok? what would you guys suggest for our setup. future plans for project GS are 2.5 exhaust header.

The best thing I would ever do to even help that NT motor, is lower the compression. That can be done by grinding down the head, or forging your pistons. I would seriously look toward having the top built though for high rpm, that woudl always help it flow lots better. I have seen those NTs with high rpm cylinder heads, and they really scoot down the road. I would also recommend building up the transmission, so you have no transmission issues, such as a ACT clutch set. I would make sure you port that engine up. Underdrive pulleys are awesome, put one on it for damn sure. Intake, Exhaust, Headers, and all that setup could put you pretty good into the 200's ;)

If you lower compression you'll never make 200hp. The only reason you would lower compression on an NT motor is to turbo it eventually..in which case don't waste money on a header. You will get power from increasing compression if you are going to stay all motor.

Sorry, I didn't mean lower, I ment higher.. my mistake. The max of that 4G63 NT is probably 280 with a nitrous shot, I wouldn't think you could go over that, unless you get some water injection and crap like that.
