i was just wondering soem things. i'm buying a 94 talon non turbo and it has a blown piston rings or somethign like that the guy told me. well i still want it for a project car and its cheap so i'm wondering do i spend the money to have the engine rebuilt and made to handle horsepower or do i just buy a new race motor and drop it in. where can i find some race motors? i've seen a couple at this site but i dunno if they will fit, work, or worth it if any one know what i can do i would greatly apreciate it liek i said i'm new dont' have the car yet and i'm kinda low on cash. but i want a motor with alot of horse power so rebuild or new motor and what motor would you recomend. thanks for the help

i would just drop in a stock turbo engine and build on that, or unless you want to build a non turbo engine but your gonna create more power with the turbo engine and would cost less then buying a "race" motor
