Picked up a stage 2 tranny from Jon @ TRE. Tranny was awesome. I managed to break a shift fork on a spirited run. I emailed Jon and made an appt with him.
Took my trans to him and he immediately completely disassembled it on the spot. He hot tanked everything and repaired everything and threw in a couple of upgrades for free. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He has a hell of a machine shop and has complete control of the quality of his work. He put the tranny back together and away I went.
If there is a more knowledgable and accommodating vendor in the DSM community, I don't know who it would be. I would never even consider buying a trans from anyone but TRE. The trans is up and running and better then ever.
