Upon closer inspection, my banjo bolt looks nothing like the one in the pic. mine doesnt have that large hexagonal base, its just the top part that is stuck in the fitting on the hose, and the bottom part which looks to be another threaded part for a bolt. its totally f'd up. we got the bolt partly out of the fitting by hitting it, then it got stuck on another lip that was on the bolt. its like someone previously used a wrong-sized banjo bolt, and just jammed it on there. any alternatives are welcome, but it looks like ill just have to force the bolt out of the fitting. unfortunately, i also run the risk of that fitting leaking now that weve been messing with it. damn this is a mess
