I've just accepted the fact that Speed Channel can and will show Nascar. Honestly, it doesn't bother me that much. I just Tivo the shows I like... Formula 1, Pinks All Out (yes, I admit to liking Pinks), ALMS, etc. and ignore the rest of their programming.
 
Less NASCAR and more WRC and F1. Signing that petition so fast, and passing it along. Boo Nascar. :notgood:
 
I say ditch the NASCAR ReRuns for actual racing events, such as WRC, IRL and other cool events. I love NASCAR, but its overrated in my opinion. Some of the new drivers are cute in girls eyes so it has the attraction of women.. Most of the women that like NASCAR, are only there for the drivers. Not the actual racing. My mom is this way. She only got into NASCAR so she can root for the cute drivers. I miss WRC, IRL, MotorTrend TV and all the others. I say all they should do, Is on Saturdays and Sundays at the schedualed times, air the actual NASCAR Events. After that, leave it alone, go onto the next event. I'd rather watch IRL, WRC and TOCA racing then NASCAR. Its become too much like football, and I hate football.

I like this... Its just like MTV... MTV Doesn't do nothing but play wanna be soap's and other stupid crap... To get Music you gotta go to other channels.

Yeah. I find that hilarious that MTV= MUSIC Television, yet there is no sign of music. I wish that Speed would do this. Just make a NASCAR Channel. And then give us our INTERESTING programing back.

Side note:

Although I did watch most of the last event that was on ABC. The way that whole thing is run is complete idiocy. It is fast paced though. Montoya went from 3rd to I think about 13th in a little more then one lap and he didn't even lose speed. And that is just a horrible form of racing. You work so hard to make it up that far, and then they start a train on the bottom line and just blow past you. And there is nothing you can do about that. You cant join the train because you are already in your own train, you cant break out of your own train because you hit an air wall as soon as you get out of the draft. And then bump drafting...don't even get me started on that. The only reason Gordon won was because Stewart gave him a massive bump (Intentional and maybe in frustration because Gordon cut him off) I don't see where the large male support comes from. They are nothing close to being a road car, and they go in a circle for 5 hours. Being able to hold your crap in is considered a talent for Christs sake!! :mad:
 
IMPORTANT! Front plate eradication petition

I know many of you are not from Texas but some of you are and even if you not I would (as well as thousands of drivers in Texas) appreciate it if you take a few moments of your time and sign this so that our state my be able to enjoy what 22 other states do... being able to drive with out a front plate.

May I request that all members go here and refer everyone that you know to do so as well. Its a petition to eradicate the need of a front license plate in Texas. If any of you are members of other online discussion forums please pass it along

^^^^BUHAHAHAHA those are the strongest words I've heard come from your mouth yet.
I live 5 miles from Texas and you can put your liscense plate in the front windshield, I see it all the time.

Hello guys i know that this is not a concern of yours but im asking for your assistance in a very serious matter. I live in the Cayman Islands whose government insist that "dangerous dogs" like pitbulls etc should be killed and not kept on island. I think the owner of the dog should be given the responsibility in handling the dogs. With you signature you can help stop the madness.
