Not entirely. The point of a wastegate is to bypass exhaust gasses from spinning the turbine wheel, coming off one runner is doing exactly that and make no difference. We have done extensive boost testing with our manifolds and it holds boost perfectly..flat boost curve on the dyno graph. Heres a link to the graph.
