my turbo wont boost at all....is the pvc valve leak enough to prevent all boost?

i bought a new car.....my pvc valve has no hose on it and the intake mani side is capped.....my turbo wont boost at all....is the pvc valve leak enough to prevent all boost?

What boost gauge do you have the factory? If its capped at the intake then it should not have a bad vaccumm leak but it needs hooked up the proper way . If you are using a factory boost guage its asbsolutley crap and very unreliable.

Just curious where did you decide to tap the boost guage in at. Also have you checked to see if the wasgate functions right using a air compressor maybe the vaccum diaphram thingy is dead.
