i dont have a 1g, i have a 2g, but i was just wondering if anyone makes headlight covers for the 1g-a to convert the pop up to a flush headlight, much like you can do with the 240s. im talking that instead of flipups, it would look like the 3g rx-7 or the new corvettes how they are "sunk" back in and have a cover over them. i am just wondering and if someone can please post pics, think it would look pretty good but i would like to see it in the real form.... if no pics, someone should do it with a HID converstion, it would look awesome :thumb:

do a search .. this topic is highly disscussed and mostly gets no where. A few people have tried and there was some talk about a project being finished .. but none todate that i know. They do have HID for the factory set up though.

ye ai saw the HIDs for the reg pop ups. i was just curious as to why no one has yet made headlights like that. could make a decent amount of money due to all 1g-a owners, it would look pimp too.

Have you priced the headlight conversion for RX7's?
If a 1G-A kit is anywhere near the amount of $$ as the RX7 kit is, than most of us couldn't afford it.

someone in sweden did a 300zx headlight conversion to a 1ga .. the car looked weird cause of the widebody kit they used .. but if you just focus on the headlights it was pretty sleek..

damn i wish that guy would update or post finished pics. im just surprised no company has ever mas produced these, werid if you ask me. if i cant find a 2g turbo awd, i may be getting a 1g awd, and if i happen to get a 1g-a i may look into getting some made. who knows though
