/headdesk any information pertaining to this would be good...even if it might be misinformation, I'd just like to have a general idea of what the thread pitch and diameter of the bolt holes in the exhaust discharge are on a T3 turbo charger with a 4 bolt outlet. If M8x1.25 then I'm golden...
lol...might work as some type of undercoating for northern cars to prevent rust during the winter...probably wouldnt be the prettiest fix though...always gotta be careful about that kind of stuff however...we used tuff stuff spray foam to seal a custom box to the inner quarter panel of a 1989...
Since no one obviously ships simple bolts to install their products with anymore I'm left pondering what I should use to bolt a T3 turbo charger up to a 2.5" thick T3-T3 wastegate adapter that goes between my exhaust manifold and my turbo. The bolt holes and threads are roughly the same pitch...
At least the ideas I propose get a reaction from people aside from "excuse me sir....are you retarded? I could find your chaperone for you if you're lost".Seriously...I didnt even crack a smile or anything at the idea of people laying around in dumb ass areas....what yall call planking we call...
lol...way too many factors come into play in this type of debate....something as small as weight reduction, tire compound, or even wheel size can make noticeable changes in your run times...having a certain amount of hp in a certain car doesnt mean you'll achieve a certain time...more often than...
I'd say subaru's or honda's here in florida...although I hate saying honda because it implies that hondas are in some way equal to dsm's. I guess it really just depends on which model dsm you drive...I'm sure most GSX owners will say evolutions or subaru's since there always seems to be this...
ok...I'll give you that this is better than drinking and driving or doing drugs...but ummm...pretty slim margin if you ask me...perhaps we should start a new fad called "mudding" where we freak plankers out by running up and stomping a mud hole in them and then run away laughing. Seems more...
lol...dont get me wrong about her...she's a great woman...a real rare one. Believe me when I say that I didn't come up with all the cash that's been thrown at the car alone...she's chomping at the bit to go and roflstomp her ex-boyfriend's crx and absolutely loves car shows....I dont even think...
lol...that's exactly why I only buy factory new parts with warranties against defects in craftsmanship and stuff....it's not my first build up...just my first forced induction...and seeing how complicated the method these cars use to rein in the horses...I'm already glad I didn't buy used stuff...
oh...by maintnance I figured we were talking chassis and electrical stuff...like replacing bad wiring harnesses and things like that.lol...my idea of maintnance projects on this car has shifted from filters and belts to chassis bushings, rust repair, and corroded wires since practically...
That's what I wanted to hear lol...I was starting to get paranoid that I had done something stupid...not that it makes spending that much money on a 15 year old car better....but...knowing I'm not alone in the boat definitely makes it easier to breathe lol
