Tuner Wheel locks Removal?

So I have these 8 point 12mml x 1.5 rh/t Tuner Wheel locks that are stuck on my eclipse I managed to get one wheel set off but the rest are like rusted on any help I tried matching up multiple 8 point security keys at the Auto part stores but they're to big. I have pictures.

Get a twist socket set. The ones you would use to take off rounded bolts. Spray some penetrating fluid on the nut, find a socket that will fit over the stuck lug nuts, hammer it on and use an impact gun if possible. If you don't have an impact gun just use a long Johnson bar.

If i understand correctly these nuts take a 12mm star bit. That is same thing as a T60 Torx. Just checked and autozone has T60 and even T70 for sale. If that does not work chances are that a hex bit of correct size will fit inside and grip it enough to turn. Sometimes a large hex bit is easier to find than a star bit.

I recently had the same problemy with old tuner lug nuts on my talon. Torx bit were either too small or too big as well as auto zone tuner key sets too big. Try a 3/8 extension wrench will work but if you use a cheap made one it can snapped off in lug nut. I had to go to a shop and have a few off them split off.

As long as you have another set of lug nuts, you could sacrifice a socket to get them off. Find a socket almost big enough to go over it. Tap it on using a rubber mallet, and use an impact or breaker bar to remove the lug. It will take time to remove an entire set as you will then have to remove the lug from the socket. I have used this method to remove wheel locks that I have lost or broken with great success.

PB blaster or wd40, air ratchet with the wheel lock, or with a pry bar. If all fails, aswell as mentioned above... spray a fire extinguisher on 'em and then hit with a hammer

When I bought my car it had some cheap tuner lugs with random size locks but no key. And instead of driving around trying to find one that works, I just hammered on an old socket and used a big cheater bar to break it loose.

No problem, keep us updated. If all else fails and you don't want to keep your rims, you can torch it up you need to be really careful with this method though.

as far as i can see, those are an internal 8 star safety bit. try a 3/8 square head. if you have an extra, you could pound it in and sacrifice it.

Saw this post and wanted to high jack it.
I just picked up a 98 eclipse. I want to swap the rims with my 96. I have the wheel lock nut key for the 96 but not the 98. Both are stock and look so close to being the same but the 96 key won't fit the 98. I tried all 4 wheels, no go. Any ideas

You will have to get an emergency wheel lock remover like I had to do to remove my tuner lugs.

You can pick them up from AutoZone. They have 3 sizes, so just select the one you need. I used them to remove the lugs on my new VR-4. You'll need an impact gun for them to work the best.

U can also try using a socket that is about the same size and use a hammer to put it in place and a breaker bar to break it lose. That's how I removed 2 of my oem wheel locks.
