A t25 is just slightly bigger than the 13g by a hair. 13g isn't really that great of a turbo, if you want more power out of it there is only so much you can squeeze. Up the boost, intake, exhaust, tune, and even that is just not enough as the turbo is working at it's max and not as efficient.

The 13g is good for a stock turbo on a DSM but, you will reach it's limits quick when you start turning up the boost. I'm currently at 12psi on that turbo. It spools up very quick but, runs out of steam quick too. I wouldn't go any higher than 14psi with the 13g just to be on the safe side.

Depends on what its on. There is no direct correlation between boost and hp, its a very dynamic system with multiple variables.

13g compressor wheel flows between 25-26lb/min at choke so it would be pretty impressive to hit 250whp at max with one

I noticed a big improvement on my 1G auto when I upgraded from the 13G to a 14B even before I upped the boost.

The only 13g car I've seen or driven was one on a car lot years ago, it was auto of course.
Seemed very gutless vs even a 14b like Jro said.
