Hi name is Jayson. I have a 1992 Eclipse FWD. (It's a GS non turbo, but it's the same setup as any 1g FWD turbo basically. I just got my wheels today. They are heavier then I'd like, but they were cheap and they fit my needs. I got them from Summit Racing (5/10/2016). They are 15x8 zero backspace. (-19mm offset). They protrude the fenders (stick out), about 2". Not ideal for street driving, but usable at the track. They are made by a company called Black Rock. (they make Jeep wheels mostly). Part number is 942581245. Weight according to my bathroom scale (take it with a grain of slat), is 26.7 lbs (no valve stem or tire on). Heavy I know, but like I said they are cheap and fit my needs. I don't go to the track but a handful of times and year, and at $145 shipped for the pair from Summit Racing, they will do for the time being. Any questions or pic's just ask.

I plan to use M&H 26x8.5/15 slicks (they will be here in a few days, I"ll add more pix).

My rear setup is pretty cheap as well. It's literally just 2 spares from 1g AWD cars. Wheels were refinished. I use 1.25" spacers to mover the rear wheels out a little. See pix. I'm hoping the rolling resistance will free up a little mph as well as keep the aero drag down. Time will tell. Any questions feel free to ask!

Guess I'll post an update on this setup. The M&H 26x8.5-15's will not clear stock style strut. (I.E. using an OE replacement strut that uses the stock, or stock style lowering spring). Basically you'll need a coilover setup to clear a slick that large.

I decided to just use these wheels for regular street driving. I'm still trying to decide on a tire (and size) to put on these. I was thinking Mickey Thompson's (newer) drag radial 2's. 235/60r15's, but they appear to be close to a 26x8.5" slick in size. I'm not sure they will clear the struts either. I need a tire that will be able to be driven on the street, and possibly in the rain (although I'm trying to avoid driving it in bad weather). I'm not sure about a size yet. I'm a open to suggestions.

For reference here are they 2 spares (T125/70D15) from AWD 1g's on my old 90 laser FWD..

Correction on the offset / back spacing. They are 4.5" back spacing 0 offset. They are incorrectly listed in my 1st post as being zero back space (-19mm offset), that is incorrect.
