Finally got my specially ordered steeringkit, which will be welded onto the knuckles. O this will give me free/adjustable steeringangle between 30-62degrees.

here is how it will be welded to the knuckle, will just adjust the lenght first.

Stock EVO streeringaxle still inplace with outer part of an steeringaxle from an Volvo 740 (m14x5) in place

here you see how much i need to cut the outer part & then machine an "extenderbolt" that fits between these to steeringaxles.

Today i took a few hour after work to make everyting that has to do with the steering done.

cut down the welded-on steeringaxle so that nothing rubs, it has a small tendency to rub the UNIBALL onto the welded arm.
This way i dont have to lowe the UNIBALL any moore.

Some more done to the car...

Been waiting 4-ever for the guy that built my electrical system, but hes promised to take care of whats left to to b4 startup soon...

Made the new wingfasteners today, not an easy task id say, the wing is 143cm wide, but the bootlid is only 124,5cm wide, so the fasteners had to be made with "special" angles to suit my own style :)

The style will be the same as the V8 Supercars from Australia, but a "bit" higher placed. Total heigh will be just over 46cm.

Found some really cool washers that i have been searching for, for a while.
fits perfectly for the rear wing & the 8mm bolts that hold the seats to the brackets.

Visited a stop at the GUMBALL 3000 race 2013 yesterday, at the Coenigsegg factory, a lot of pretty cool cars, including an american Rally Fighter (yess, thats its name) & two Coenigseggs, 1 new McLaren ... etc The Batman "Tumbler" was nowhere in sight though.

Today Fredrik helped me out with the dooradjusting, windscreenfitting & a lot more.

all the doorcards are made from flat 0,5mm alu-plates, they are now all
wrapped in 3D carbonvinyl.

46pcs M4 x 18mm vinyl bolts/wachers/nuts holds the windscreen in place.
