Hey everyone! Picked up my first DSM, a 96 GSX from the original owner back in aug12. Car is completely stock, still have the for sale sticker in the glove box haha, but apparently the originial struts are finally done, so looks like suspension will be the first upgrade soon, but not sure to what. Would definitely like it to sit lower and some different wheels.

Welcome to the forums. Nice looking car! Best advice would be make sure you get all of your maintenance up to date before you do anything (and get an alignment after suspension) and read up on the various upgrade paths for dsm's. Something that I have learned personally is wait 30 days before you start buying things for the car, you might change your mind about what you want. Make sure to your research and get what you want, don't settle on stuff.

Don't go tearing into the car until you get familiar with it in its stock form. You may learn that you don't desire any extra power or you would hate to have to bend lower to get into the car.
