My name is austin. I have a mitsubishi mighty max. I want to put a tsi or gsx or gst motor in my truck for a sleeper type of truck hehehe, but I will be on here checking out the most of this site. Thanks more help the better!! :D

Oh cool!! Thank You! If you can steer me the right direction for that article on mighty max swap i will be most appreciated. plus i need to know the most detailed information 1g vs 2g 4G63s DOHC 2.0L article as well if possible.

Okay the GSX and the GST both use the same motor (4G63) while the GS model uses the 420A N/T version.

the only main difference between the 4G63 motor in the earlier and later DSM eclipses is the earlier model motors had the 6 bolt flywheel and later ones had the 7 bolt flywheel with some slight differences internally and externally I believe the earlier 6 bolt is more durable and less prone to crank walk I currently have a six bolt swapped my 99 GSX I think definitely go for the 6 bolt my friend :)

thank you thank you!! I have decided to go with a 7 bolt 92.5 to 94 DSM motor since it will bolt up to my trans i dont mind crank walk i believe my 94 2.4L does it anyways.
