hey guys what's happening? I just spent my tax return on my first DSM. This was decided after my friends $500 GSX whooped my $2000 camaro. So I picked up my baby she's a 93 TSI. $600 off craigslist. I'm new to the site but I've rebuilt a few 4G63Ts. Still learning but i got the basics down

Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance. Before you do anything else, change the fluids, belts, ect. Modifications aren't much good if the motor is in pieces.

Yes, ensure you keep up an all the maintanence. Don't neglect any of it, and your TSi will drive forever.
