Finally bought my first DSM

Well after a long time now of wanting to go somewhat fast. I got my first DSM. I scored a good deal with a friend and member of this site a 91 eclipse GSX that's been setting in his garage for some timenow. It has lots of work done to it and it needs some work as well. As you can tell in the picture, the car is grey with what I believe would be the carbon fiber interior. It has JE pistons with eagle rods nicely fitted in a 30 over block, with the balance shaft removed. Stock head with a ported 2g exhaust manfold, ported o2 housing, and ported 16g turbo. I have a walbro 255 fuel pump and a custom 3" exhaust, that dose need some work.
The car came complete with ACT 2600 clutch and lighten Fidanza flywheel. That's helping to turn the upgrade 94 4 bolt differential. DSMLink is helping everything move without blowing it up.

My plans now with the car is to get it more reliable and fix the little issue that bug me. I have to say i've been a member for a little over a year and just love the resources dsmtuners brings to the DSM community.

Have fun with it, but remember, these cars don't break constantly because they are built shitty, they break because they get an owner that thinks they are Johnny race car driver and beat the living piss out of it. That's the best advice I can give. Your in the right direction with doing maint. before mods, good idea.
