What emission equipment is expendable?

Hoping that someone in the Hampton Roads area can help me out. I'm not too familiar with the local smog laws and was wondering what all emissions equipment I can remove, and still pass a safety inspection test?

Some shops dont make you have a CAt and some do just depends on the inspector....
They only look under the hood for things that are out of the ordinary so you can delete everything pretty much...

Ive deleted everything under hood, still have stock CAT and catback but have 3" Downpipe with a cutout just before the Cat and got it inspected without a problem so you should be good to go!
