Have you played Fallout 3 yet? Do yourself a favor and get this! I'm playing the PC version with 2 gigs ram and a nVidia 7900. Fallout 3 is amazing even with my crapper vid card! And no it's not Oblivion with guns.

While Fallout 3 looks amazing and I've heard nothing but good about it... I am totally stoked about Left 4 Dead!

The Demo is out now and the game comes out Tuesday. 4 Player Online Co-op awesomeness!

The title of the thread is fallout 3 less than amazing so I was expecting something different. I'm glad you like it, I'm going to pick it up here soon. If you haven't played it yet, Gears of War 2 was an epic game.

I have it and like it. I work on the main quest, but i explore too damn much and get myself in trouble. ;p

Gears of War 2 is seriously one of the most amazing games I've ever played... This is comming from a guy who said he would never play shooter games on anything other than a PC...

I have it on PC and PS3, one of my favorite games of all time. I have two characters (one good one evil) with about 150 hours total in game.

I am not a FPS fan nor an RPG fan, but this game blurs the borders on what category a game should fit in.

I bought the Fallout Trilogy package for PC, unless you are really a hardcore gamer avoid these. I guess sometimes you cant go home.

I have to admit that this is one of my favorite games of all time. My friends ask to borrow it all the time and I always say no. The downloadable content keeps spicing it up for me and at ~$10 each pack I haven't played one that wasn't worth the money(unlike fable 2). I have never played a game for more than 40 hours (and that was once) but this one I have played for over 80 hours and still enjoy playing it.

i played it and it was quite awesome. to me it felt like oblivion with guns, but its nice as so the enemies dont scale to you. if youre weak, stay your ass away from certain things LOL. i hope elder scrolls 5 is like this game is.

my best friend had this game he said it was awesome and as far as the oblivion deal it seems like that cause its from the creaters of oblivion

It is LOL. Great none the less.

o god yea. i never said it wasnt, and i never will say it isnt. if bethesda does the formula of FO3 scaling+ES4 gameplay+ES3 massivness=best game EVAAAAAR!!! probably the ONLY things i dont like about FO3 is that there is no replay at the end, and you have to go through tunnels and what not to go to certain areas of the map.

Sure there's replay. I just finished it and now I am going back and just roaming the Wasteland finding all the stuff out there I missed the first run through. There are quests I bypassed and hundreds of square miles I didn't get to. The landscape is Huge! I've got many more hours of exploring to do.

FO3 is an amazing game!! I've logged over 50 hours with this game! You have to get all the expansions though. There are 5 of them and all add about 4 hours to the game. After I beat the main story I went around and did the countless side missions and completely explored the maps. They are HUGE! I've went through the game a few times now trying different paths and its been different each time. If you haven't played it I suggest you do.

im gettin fo3 the gettin the addons but i do have a ? how do you get past the raider deal at the train tracks where they have the super mutant caged?

no super the bohemeth

not to ruin it for all but the last mission of project purity and the game is a hell of an ending i didnt do all the quests so im gonna start all over oh yea if you like your place in megaton dont shoot anyone in the open LOL i killed the sheriff LOL not a good idea and the guard in the swap shop man people come from everywhere into the store LOL

Brotherhood of Steel fixes the "ending" I have all the expansions and all the achievements for it (X360). Deffinatly a fun game.

broken steel you mean. it doesnt fix the ending, it just continues on so you dont die in the end. im on my 2nd run through right now, and am gonna do 2 more for an uber character to mess around with and another who is basically strictly melee and stealth, with science and lockpick of course, plus medicine for sure.

Yes, I got the title mixed up with one of the older Fallout games. It does fix the ending in my eyes as it will allow you to continue on unlike the regular ending. I did a hand to hand character a while back using the deathclaw gauntlet. Deffinatly destructive but I enjoyed running up and attacking like a maniac. Those stealth hits were almost guarenteed 1 hit kills.

well, in a way it does and it doesnt fix it. i may uninstall broken steel and go through just to see what happens...but then again i dont want to make a seperate guy for that. for me i like my sniper rifles for 1 hit stealth kills, but its nice to mix it up every once and awhile. i think my melee/unharmed guy im gonna make him look like wolverine and keep the tunnel snakes jacket LOL :D now im kinda excited about my guy LOL

if you got the PC version, theres a mod to make the cap to 100. i cant even imagine what it would be like on very hard at that lvl, mutant overlords with gattling lasers, YIPES!!!

It took me about 280 hours to beat this game..played it for 9 months. Tried to complete every little sidequest there is; definitely one of the best games ever made, to me. I can't think of any other game that gives you this much for your money. I downloaded Operation Anchorage & Broken Steel, maybe I'll wait until the others are like 5 bucks or something.

At the end my character was a badass. All my s.p.e.c.i.a.l.s were 10's with endurance & charisma 9's. All skills were 100.

Can't wait for the next one! I hope it won't suck, considering a new developer is working on it.
