not sure if this has been covered or not, but if you buy a low mileage( 6.3 miles ) used car and do a full tune on it you get an extra 30 to 35 hp. as compared to one with 30,000.
example 1990 toyota supra 2.5 tt w/ 30,000miles tuned w/ oil change. - 610 hp
same car with 6.3 miles tuned w/ oil change. - 642 hp
gotta love more HP.

you have several mistakes against you:
1) all capitals in your profile and usage of "the man" suggest that you're still a child (younger than 17 sound right?)
2) your second post shows complete ignorance and lack of understanding (what were you trying to say?)
3) all cars (in the gt series) get more hp when changing the oil after driving them

because you obviously didn't understand what i stated: this (the hp increase) has been a constant since before YOU started playing the gran turismo series (assuming that you are a child); before you "discovered" this occurence, it was happening for everyone that was smart enough to change the oil

well first off "the man" was a joke not to be taken literally, maybe i should have said "work for a living". then you would have understood. and as for the caps being on well that has to do with my work computer,(caps lock is always left on) so i guess i didn't realize, so sorry can you ever forgive me.
and as for the child remark well i'm older than you, MR. 1982 and i'll let it slide this time!
and not sure if YOU read this right, and i did state "not sure if this has been covered" but this applied to the used cars with ONLY -6.2 miles-* on them. you would have also understood this had you actually read the post. and there are more people here on this forum than just you mr. out there.

i suppose that you now expect me to rescind what i posted earlier? am i not supposed to tell people that their information is less than accurate? had he played the gran turismo series prior to this instance (which he has said, but hasn't offered proof for), he would have understood this (increased hp in virtually ALL cars) to be the case.

if it wasn't for the GT series i would not be a mitsu fan, i would still be raving pushrod motors. GT1, i loved the 3000gt with the race mod. either green or burgandy puma race car(i had the green) and of course the advan evo 6 was another fav.that made me a fan for life and one of the reasons i got my talon.
anyways i don't remember this applying to low milage used cars in the other gt games (i'm older and don't remember things as well) and i don't re-play games i've already beat. including GT2 and 3.
and i wasn't criticizing you for being younger, (its not your fault) its called sarcazim.
and peeing means you sit down to go.
pissing means you stand, like men do when they go. so it wouldn't be a contest anyway.
